He adopts a philosophy of “Exercise is Medicine” and educates clients on the importance of physical activity for the longevity of the whole body. His current interests are working with pre-surgical and post-surgical shoulder/hip/knee rehabilitation. He also has keen interest in working with seniors and older demographics to help them find the time to become physically active.
